Red Chinese Army Openly Advances Toward Our Border

In a number of articles, we have explained how, thanks to Joe Biden’s open border policy,

thousands of Communist Chinese citizens, mostly young, fit men of military age, have infiltrated the United States.

According to CBP data Border Patrol agents encountered more than 4,200 illegal aliens from Communist China between October 2022 and February 2023, compared to roughly 1,900 in all of fiscal year 2022.

To put this in perspective, a Communist Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) infantry regiment has around 2,800 personnel and a battalion has 700. These numbers vary somewhat depending on the unit’s assignment and equipment.

According to Red Chinese sources PLA Special Operations units vary in size from 100 to 1000 personnel, meaning we could have as many as 42 Communist Chinese Special Operations Units already here waiting for orders.

However, 4,200 troops in a vast country of 300 million would quickly need support or follow-up to move the needle in a real war, and Communist China lacks the airlift capability to ferry troops from mainland Red China across the Pacific to the United States.

What they do have is lots of shipping, so what they need is a forward staging base.

Like Cuba.

As Laurence F. Sanford, of the American Security Council Foundation pointed out in a guest column for us, the Red Chinese already have plans for a listening post in Cuba, barely 90 miles from the United States, so why not expand that presence to include troops, or even an invasion force?

According to reporting by Guy Taylor of The Washington Times after US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken’s display of abject weakness during his recent trip to Red China, the Communist Chinese are planning to do exactly that.

Mr. Taylor reported:

China and Cuba are in talks to establish a joint military training facility that could lead to the stationing of Chinese military troops on the communist island less than 100 miles from Florida, U.S. intelligence reports indicate.

The Biden administration has contacted Cuban officials to try and derail the plan, according to The Wall Street Journal, which reported that the China-Cuba negotiations relating to the facility are at an advanced stage but not complete.

China’s communist leadership has increased defense ties with several Latin American nations over the past decade, but the purported Cuba training facility talks have not previously been disclosed.

Citing reports from POLITICO, Mr. Taylor further reported, when asked about the new troop report, an unnamed senior administration official said that the U.S. “can’t confirm on that reporting or comment on that specifically.”

“We continue to be concerned about [China’s] longstanding activities with Cuba,” the official added, noting that Beijing “will keep trying to enhance its presence in Cuba, and we will keep working to disrupt it.”

While tensions are most notably high over China’s pressure campaign against Taiwan, efforts by Beijing to ramp up spying and military activities targeting the United States have also been a source of growing concern in Washington in recent months.

If efforts by Communist China to ramp up spying and military activities targeting the United States right in our own backyard have also been “a source of growing concern” why is this concern just now getting any public acknowledgement?

This is part of a pattern of the Biden administration refusing to acknowledge that Red China is an enemy state that is rapidly expanding its capability to wage war on the United States at a time and place of its choosing.

The Capitol Switchboard is (202-224-3121), call today and tell your Senators and Representative that you demand they conduct immediate hearings on the Communist Chinese threat from Cuba and Latin America. Tell them they must demand answers NOW as to why, unlike the John F. Kennedy administration, this Democrat administration is ignoring foreign Communist military advances in Cuba.
