Red China’s California Bioweapons Base

Updated: Jul 31, 2023

Why would a bio-lab run by a shady Chinese company be operating in Reedley, California in the central San Joaquin Valley?

This was a lucky find, observed our friends at Zero Hedge, and frankly when the story first broke in the California Globe we were skeptical until our friend former Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Devin Nunes posted about it on the Truth social media app.

And then we started digging deeper.

The lab was discovered by Reedley, CA city code enforcement officers when they saw a garden hose attached to the building and investigated because it was supposed to be an empty building used only for storage.

When public Health staff entered the building they observed blood, tissue and other bodily fluid samples and serums; and thousands of vials of unlabeled fluids and suspected biological material.

Additionally, they found 900 genetically engineered mice, engineered to catch, and carry COVID-19.

According to multiple media reports, 773 of the mice had to be euthanized, and officials found another 178 mice already dead.

“This is an unusual situation. I’ve been in government for 25 years. I’ve never seen anything like this,” said Reedley City Manager Nicole Zieba.

Even county health officials were left in shock.

“I’ve never seen this in my 26-year career with the County of Fresno,” said Assistant Director of the Fresno County Department of Public Health Joe Prado.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention tested the substances and detected at least 20 potentially infectious agents, including coronavirus, HIV, hepatitis and herpes, according to a Health and Human Services letter dated June 6.

Citing court documents, KTLA reported that there were "20 potentially infectious viral, bacterial, and parasitic agents were present including E. Coli, malaria, and even COVID."

Agents also found thousands of package boxes - many with shipping labels from China.

The warehouse was allegedly rented by "Prestige Biotech."

NBC News reported, Xiuquin Yao, the president of Prestige Biotech "told officials that Prestige BioTech moved assets belonging to a defunct company, Universal Meditech Inc., to the Reedley warehouse from Fresno after UMI went under. Prestige Biotech was a creditor to UMI and identified as its successor, according to court documents."

Except officials reportedly could not find any California-based address for Prestige BioTech or Universal Meditech.

The Epoch Times reported, "Court documents say both companies failed to provide any licensing that allows laboratory activity, nor did they provide the necessary permits for storing and importing chemical reagents from outside the United States."

"The other addresses provided for identified authorized agents were either empty offices or addresses in China that could not be verified," court documents declared, according to NBC News.

So, why would a bunch of Communist Chinese nationals be involved in off-the-books biotech companies operating an illegal infectious disease lab and storage facility in the middle of NoWheresVille, California?

Our friend and former CIA operator Charles “Sam” Faddis supplied the answer in a Sunday, July 30, 2023 post to his must-read And Magazine substack:

The implications of this discovery are terrifying. As noted by retired Navy Captain James Fanell, former head of intelligence for the Navy’s Pacific Fleet, Reedley is only 40-45 miles from Master Jet Base Lemoore, the home of all the U.S. Navy's west coast based FA-18/Hornets. All of the F-18s for all of the Navy’s West Coast-based carriers are located at Lemoore. The F-18s are the primary strike fighters for the U.S. Navy. In a war with China, these are the aircraft that we would rely upon to sink Chinese naval vessels and give us victory.

Now imagine that a contagious and rehabilitating virus is released in proximity to Lemoore and disseminated via mice specifically engineered to carry the virus and spread it to humans. Such an attack would quickly and effectively take offline the U.S. Navy’s entire carrier-based strike capability in the Pacific. We would find ourselves paralyzed and helpless to respond, say to a Chinese move against Taiwan.

You know what’s even better than releasing a dangerous and highly contagious virus in a city in China and then relying upon the natural spread of the virus from human to human to carry the disease into the heart of the United States?

Releasing a dangerous and highly contagious virus on American soil in proximity to critical American military facilities, answered Mr. Faddis.

And it gets even better.

You know all those young, fit, military age Communist Chinese men we’ve told you about who have been illegally crossing the southern border Joe Biden has left wide open? Many of them are headed to California according to “humanitarian aid volunteers” in Brownsville, Texas.

The Reedley, California illicit bio-lab is just one node in a potential network of Fifth Column operations being put in place by the Communist Chinese military in their oft-expressed expectation that they will soon be at war with the United States.

The Capitol Switchboard is (202-224-3121), call today and tell your Senators and Representative that you demand they conduct hearings and investigate the Biden administration failures that allowed the establishment of the off-the-books Red Chinese bio-tech facility in Reedley, California.
