Democrats Demand You Stay Locked In A Mask

Surgical masks were designed to keep medical personnel from inadvertently infecting patients' wounds, not to prevent the spread of viruses. While American authorities have

offered conflicting information about the efficacy of masks, German authorities have found no evidence that masks could significantly reduce infection risks for healthy people.

But that hasn’t stopped mask Nazis from demanding everyone, even those who have been vaccinated and boosted, to mask up.

According to a Politico-Morning Consult poll reported Wednesday in The Hill, most Democratic voters say that it is too soon for states to end mandatory masking requirements.

Of respondents who identified as Democrats, 68 percent said they think "it is too early for states to rescind mask mandates," while 17 percent said that now is the right time to make the move.

Less than half of independent and Republican respondents agreed, with 42 percent of independents saying it is too soon to end mask mandates and 21 percent of Republicans saying they feel it is the right time for the move.

Republican respondents' most likely response, at 28 percent, was that states never should have had mask mandates at all, followed by 25 percent who believe the mask mandates should have already been lifted. Twenty-two percent said that now is the right time for them to be lifted, only 20 percent of Republicans said they think that it is too soon to lift the mandates.

But the effect of the brainwashing on masks has not been dispelled by Democrat politicians who fear an election wipeout in November suddenly deciding to lift their unscientific mask mandates.

Fox News reports dozens of students at the University of Nevada-Reno were spotted marching through campus demanding the reinstatement of the recently abandoned mask mandate in the state.

"Reinstate, mask mandate!" dozens of students chanted repeatedly as they marched across campus in Reno, Nevada Monday in a video captured by KRNV reporter Ben Margiott.

Margiott added that a petition to reimpose the COVID-19 mask mandate had gathered 1,500 signatures.

"As an institution of higher learning, it is a responsibility within our educational mission to provide an environment where perspectives and experiences are shared safely, with respect and with a thorough understanding of points of view which sometimes may differ," the university said in a statement after the students walked out of class in protest. "Today’s (Monday’s) demonstration was an example where there was an exchange of ideas and constructive, peaceful action regarding public issues."

Conservatives on social media immediately criticized the video with many pointing out that the end of the mandate does not mean that students can’t wear masks if they choose.

"COVID-19 has caused mental illness," Kentucky Republican Rep. Thomas Massie tweeted.

Our good friend Rep. Massie is absolutely right, but more to the point, we should not allow the mentally ill to make the rules at our universities and schools and set the rules by which people conduct themselves in civil society.
