Biden's Lies Encourage The Haitian Invasion To Continue

A week ago, NPR breathlessly reported, “The U.S. flew Haitians camped in a Texas border town back to their homeland Sunday and tried blocking others from crossing the border

from Mexico in a massive show of force that signaled the beginning of what could be one of America's swiftest, large-scale expulsions of migrants or refugees in decades.”

At about the same time Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas issued a statement saying, “If you come to the United States illegally, you will be returned. Your journey will not succeed and you will be endangering your life and your family’s lives. This administration is committed to developing safe, orderly and humane pathways for migration. This is not the way to do it,” he said while visiting Del Rio, Texas.

Except it was all a lie and spin to get Biden and Mayorkas out from under the negative publicity of the images from the Del Rio bridge invasion.

On Sunday, Mayorkas admitted an estimated 10,000 to 12,000 of the 17,400 illegal immigrants detained in Del Rio have been released into the U.S. as their cases are considered by immigration judges.

“They’re released on conditions. Approximately, I think it’s about 10,000 or so, 12,000,” said Mr. Mayorkas under grilling from Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace.

About 5,000 of the 17,400 are still being processed by the department, which means the number of those released could grow, while 3,000 are in detention reported Valerie Richardson of The Washington Times.

Ms. Richardson further reported the department said Friday that about 2,000 migrants had been deported on flights back to Haiti, and 8,000 returned voluntarily to Mexico.

Hint to Secretary Mayorkas – the 8,000 who “returned voluntarily to Mexico” will be back once the heat is off.

As Ms. Richardson reported, Wallace noted about 44% of released illegal immigrants miss their court hearings, meaning that “millions of people end up in this country and just disappear,” to which Mayorkas responded “it is our intention to remove them.”

That is total BS, as everyone including Alejandro Mayorkas knows.

In a tense White House briefing on the Del Rio debacle Mayorkas said this with regard to deporting ANY Haitians, "We are doing this out of a public health need. It is not an immigration policy. It is not an immigration policy that we would embrace.”

Which of course is why so few of the thousands who were camped under the bridge at Del Rio were actually deported back to Haiti – the Biden administration PLANS TO LET THEM ALL IN.

Haiti is an economic, political and cultural disaster area – no one in their right mind except the criminals and oligarchs who run the country would want to stay there – so how many are on their way to the United States?

The New York Post reported thousands are making their way from South America to the US border, crossing the perilous Darien Gap in Panama, according to new images and the Panamanian government.

Images from Sunday show a group of migrants wading across a small stream in the jungle as a mix of men, women and children carrying their belongings, sleeping bags and large bottles of water try to maintain their footing.

As many as 4,000 migrants, including Haitians, Cubans and other nationalities, have passed through stations in Darien and Chiriqui, in western Panama, Reuters reported, citing officials with Panama’s security ministry.

Another group of about 16,000 migrants are in Necocli, a beach town in northern Colombia, waiting for boats to take them to the Darien Gap, where smugglers will guide them through the jungle.

Colombia and Panama agreed last month to allow 500 migrants to cross each day, and in all likelihood that number will only increase.

More than 88,000 migrants have entered Panama though the Darien Gap so far this year, Reuters reported, referring to figures from the National Migration Service.

As the Editors of the New York Post noted in their editorial “Alejandro Mayorkas’ 7 border lies” letting 12,000-plus into the US en masse just guaranteed that caravan after caravan from Central and South America, not to mention Haiti and Cuba, are massing to come here. Biden and Mayorkas just sent a message to the world: Come on in. The flood has only started.

The toll-free Capitol Switchboard (1-866-220-0044), call your Senators and Representatives and demand that Congress prohibit any Biden administration plan to increase immigration from Haiti or to release into the United States the new wave of illegal aliens now headed for our southern border.
