Biden Democrats' Fake Peace Plan Betrays Israel And Protects Muslim Terrorists

Our friends at the Jerusalem Post alerted us to something that is getting little attention in the establishment media here in America, but is getting a great deal of attention in the Middle East where it is perceived as giving aid and comfort to Hamas and other Palestinian terrorist organizations.

According to reporting by Tovah Lazaroff the United States has submitted a United Nations Security Council resolution backing a three-phased hostage deal and a two-state resolution to the conflict.

“Numerous leaders and governments, including in the region, have endorsed this plan – and we call on the Security Council to join them in calling for the implementation of this deal without delay and further conditions,” US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield said in a statement.

She urged the 15-member United Nations Security Council to “not let this opportunity pass by,” adding that “We must speak with one voice in support of this deal.”

There are many problems with this “deal.” One of the most obvious is that Hamas refuses to account for any of the remaining hostages it kidnapped in its October 7 rampage of rape and murder. The only information about the hostages that has leaked out as the Israeli Defense Forces have penetrated further into Raffa and its network of tunnels is a growing list of the confirmed dead.

What’s more, one of the principal premises of Biden’s proposal is not just flawed, but betrays Biden’s fundamental ignorance of what is at stake in the Israel – Hamas war.

Biden said the people of Israel should take a step back and think about what will happen if this moment is lost. "An indefinite war in pursuit of an unidentified notion of total victory will only bog down Israel and Gaza, draining the economic, military and human resources, furthering Israel's isolation in the world," he said. "That will not bring hostages home. That will not bring enduring peace. That will not bring Israel lasting security."

Wait a minute Joe, there was a permanent ceasefire in place on the morning of October 7 when Hamas murdered, kidnapped and raped its way through southern Israel.

Biden in his ignorance (or maybe he is really on the Hamas side) assumes that Hamas and its supporters in Gaza want “an enduring peace” but the facts on the ground indicate that what Hamas really wants is more war, only on terms it can win.

Indeed, the Hamas terrorist organization was founded in 1987 to fulfill one and only one mission—a fundamentalist Sunni Islamist quest to annihilate Israel by killing Jews.

Hamas proclaimed it in its 1988 founding, charter document, The Hamas Covenant. The second paragraph declares to all the world that, “Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it.” The introduction section promises “[o]ur struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious” and will only end when “the enemy is vanquished and Allah’s victory is realized,” and declares that Hamas and the people are ready “to sacrifice life and all that is precious for the sake of Allah.”

Article 8 affirms that “Jihad is [Hamas’s] path and death for the sake of Allah is the loftiest of [Hamas’s] wishes.”*

Biden’s “peace deal” does not require Hamas to acknowledge Israel’s right to exist or legitimacy as the homeland of the Jewish people, it does not provide any guarantee that Hamas renounces violence, or rape or kidnapping – all Biden’s “peace deal” does is allow Hamas to survive to fight another day.

Fortunately for Israel and America Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Saturday there would be no permanent ceasefire in Gaza until Hamas' military and governing capabilities were destroyed.

"Israel's conditions for ending the war have not changed: The destruction of Hamas military and governing capabilities, the freeing of all hostages and ensuring that Gaza no longer poses a threat to Israel," Netanyahu said.

"Israel will continue to insist these conditions are met before a permanent ceasefire is put in place. The notion that Israel will agree to a permanent ceasefire before these conditions are fulfilled is a non-starter," he added.

As we explained in our article “What If We’d Let Hitler Fester For Over 40 Years?” in this war Iran and its Islamic radical proxies must be decisively defeated in the same way, and for the same reasons the Nazis were defeated in World War II.  Israel must have a free hand to go after these barbarians wherever they reside. There are no borders limiting the Hamas campaign to unite the world under their tyrannical and genocidal version of Islam. There can be no limits on what Israel needs to do, with our help as necessary, to defeat this evil regime.

That means no calls for a ceasefire, no offers to broker another pointless “peace deal.”
