Our friend John Anthony, founder of the Sustainable Freedom Lab LLC, gave us a reminder that the Biden Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is taking comments regarding the agenda for the World Health Summit on May 22-28, 2022.
Here’s video of Mr. Anthony explaining the urgency of this request.
You can view the AGENDA HERE. Please scroll down to May 24, 2nd column.
The issues we have are with Agenda Items 16. through 16.4. This is where they will present the amendments to the IHR and we believe how they will implement the amendments.
Please review the proposed amendments in their entirety and pay specific attention to the proposed amendments to Article 12, Sections 2 and 3. Please note that the areas that are “struck through” are just some of the details within the amendments that would strip sovereignty away from all the nations of the world and hand it over to the WHO.
Specifically these three sections:
Go here to tell your Representative and Senators to oppose this assault on American sovereignty.
WE MUST ACT TODAY. The deadline is May 13 to contact HHS. Please be polite but speak from your heart.
Currently, the International Health Regulations requires the WHO to obtain the agreement of the sovereign nation that is involved before the WHO would be able to declare an emergency.
The implications of the amendments are that the WHO would be given the power to declare Public Health Emergencies of International and Regional Concern without first obtaining the agreement of the sovereign country that is involved.
Here are some of the concerns with these amendment changes/additions:
These amendments were submitted without the proper advise and consent of the Senate.
The proposed amendments have not been published in the Federal Register.
There has not been any opportunity for the public to comment on this issue.
The responsibility for the oversight of the negotiation and drafting of executive agreements rests with the Office of the Legal Adviser to the Secretary of State. https://www.state.gov/contact-us-office-of-the-legal-adviser/
The proposed amendments would give the Director General of the WHO the power to unilaterally declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) even over the objection of the sovereign country dealing with an outbreak of disease.
The amendments will also give the Director General of the WHO the power to unilaterally declare an Intermediate Public Health Alert (IPHA) even over the objection of the sovereign country dealing with an outbreak of disease.
The amendments will also give the 6 Regional Directors of the WHO the power to unilaterally declare a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern (PHERC) even over the objection of the sovereign country dealing with an outbreak of disease.
The proposed amendments will cede additional sovereignty, control and legal authority over to the World Health Organization.
If passed by a simple majority of the 194 member states of the WHO, the proposed amendments will NOT require approval by 2/3 of the United States Senate as the U.S. is already a signatory to the IHR (2005).
On their last full day in office (January 19, 2017) the Obama administration’s CDC published final rulings in the Federal Register that changed the definitions of many terms including “ill person,” “non-invasive,” and “public health emergency.” These changes, and the timing of these changes are very, very concerning. https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2017-01-19/pdf/2017-00615.pdf
Less Urgent, But Even More Concerning:
In addition to the proposed amendments to the IHR, the WHO has also set up an Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) that is actively negotiating an international “Pandemic Treaty on Prevention, Preparedness and Response.”
The proposed “Pandemic Treaty” is separate from, and in addition to, the proposed amendments to the IHR mentioned above. It is being negotiated right now.
Everyone has the opportunity to voice their opinion regarding the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.
Send your comments to the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Global Affairs (OGA).
The Stakeholder Listening Session will help the HHS Office of Global Affairs prepare the U.S. delegation to the World Health Assembly by taking full advantage of the knowledge, ideas, feedback, and suggestions from all communities interested in and affected by agenda items to be discussed at the 75th World Health Assembly.
The U.S. Government will consider contributions received from the stakeholders as it develops the U.S. positions.
Written comments are welcome and encouraged.
Please send written comments to the email address: OGA.RSVP@hhs.gov
We look forward to reading your comments related to the 75th World Health Assembly agenda items and may use them in a future article on this assault on American sovereignty.

Hello, my name is ____________________ my zip code is ________
I am calling Rep or Sen ________ because I am very concerned about the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations that Pres. Biden, Sec Becerra, and Assistant Secretary Loyce Pace submitted to the WHO on Jan 18th, 2022 which will be voted on by the World Health Assembly scheduled for May 22-28 of this year.
These proposed amendments would cede US sovereignty and Congressional approval over pandemic responses to the incompetent and corrupt WHO, which failed miserably during this present pandemic.
Suggested talking points for your call:
-They failed to determine the origins of SARS COV2, appearing to obfuscate the evidence for a lab-leak.
– They failed to recognize the disastrous inadequacies of the RT-PCR test for accurately diagnosing active infections.
– They failed to recognize and recommend the scientific evidence behind the supplementation of Vitamin D and Zinc in preventing disease and death from COVID-19.
– They failed to recognize and recommend the scientific evidence for, and vital importance of, early medical treatments for COVID-19.
– They failed to stop, slow down, or even question the roll out of the still experimental, proven to be ineffective, injurious, and deadly COVID gene therapies, which they misrepresented as “vaccines”. Or to stand up for the peoples’ right to health freedom and informed consent.
Suggested examples for ending your call:
All of these failures added greatly to the death toll and injury rate from COVID-19, and the death toll and injury rate induced by these horrific, experimental gene therapies.
The Administration’s decision to give away our national sovereignty to the WHO is frightening – it has a direct impact on my personal sovereignty, health freedoms and rights.
I am asking that Rep or Sen_________ to contact Sec. Becerra, and Pres. Biden and ask them to withdraw these amendments from consideration at the World Health Assembly this May. (****THIS MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR CLOSING STATEMENT)
Instead, the people of the US and the world demand a transparent, scientific, and democratic public review of the current failures of the WHO and its funding mechanisms.
We also demand a transparent, scientific, and democratic public review of the current failures of our US response to this pandemic.
Health Freedom is our birthright and is codified into US law – I demand that Congress and this Administration respect it by ending this attack on our sovereignty!
Please understand how important Health Freedom is to me – these issues will determine my vote!
Thank you.
