Morrissey revealed the Democrat would be willing to vote for a state budget that contains Glenn Youngkin's tax cuts. The senate is controlled by Democrats, 21-19, so if Morrissey votes with the GOP, new Republican Lt. Gov. Winsome Sears would then be in position to break the tie. Youngkin has said he would run TV ads to put pressure on Democrats.
